Welcome to Week One of your Inner Peace Boot Camp!
Here are some good tips to keep in mind:
- Don't skip ahead! I know it may be enticing, but it will be of such a great disservice to you because this program has been created to beautifully build on on top each week as you progress.
- Speaking of which, it is indeed optimal to go through this program slow and steady. Take your time, there is no rush! Peace is never in a hurry. That said, it's also important to remain consistent with the work. If you decide not to do the work for a week it will reset your mental self-discipline being created. Remember, this is about developing a practice, a peaceful lifestyle—not just learning new juicy knowledge!
- Be gentle on yourself. Please never get into the shame game when you forget something or have a misstep. You are not here to compare yourself to anyone else's journey, or even compare yourself to where you think you should already be in your life.
- Unlimited access! After you complete your first six weeks, why not give it another go? You are guaranteed to learn more the second time around so be sure to utilize your lifetime access to this course!
